The staff looks friendly, the place looks clean and arrangement is superb.

The service is nor that good. However, the bad attitude displayed by your staff is extremely horrendous. Please train your staff to have ethics and values. I do not think they value customers. Any way it's the way they are.

Standard Bank: R1370.40 paid from Acc. 2642 to Spar Sparg Eastern Cape EC ZAF 26-12-202.After spending that amount they didn’t let me leave with the items I bought because of a receipt that I didn’t profile but showed them the notification on my phone.Their receipt is not for me to leave with my item but for someone outside not to claim my items. Where on earth have you ever heard such rubbish.Then we say people need jobs. Where is the sign outside the door saying you will not be allowed to leave with your parcel if you fail to produce a receipt to the security who is a floor representative.Employ capable people who will represent your business especially the night staff not people who are grumpy that they did go for Christmas

Mfffmmm bad service but we buy our groceries bcz we do not have a choice, their trollies do not go beyond the security at the door, soo how do you take your full trolley of food to your transport ????

They didn't have pre packed, mixed fruits. I mean what the hyell? It's big, well-stocked. Not neat, I hated that it wasn't neat. But it was raining, & I was visiting, maybe they're neater when it's not raining.
