I wish I could give them zero start instead, the worst service received whole my life. Staffs are really rude, irresponsible, hopeless and not willing to help in any way. I was waiting for a key for almost three weeks, when I followed up with them they even didn't bother to help. I gave up to get the key and need to find another locksmith for help.

This place is a complete rip-off. The guy wanted to charge me $365 (price of a new key) for the tiny locking pin that secures the shaft of a Hyundai car key in the fob.I told him the key is fine, i just need the locking pin. In reply he scoffed at me like I didn’t know what i was talking about, very rude. Would have been happy to pay up to 30 bucks for the little pin, instead i just fixed it myself with the mandrel of a rivet and some threadlocker. (Cost: 5 cent)Thanks for nothing, definitely wont be back.

Really, really appalling. Quoted 2 locks one $660 and the other $880. Total repair came to $1,540. There was no justification for the cost. Got a quote for the same repair at $253. Lack of honesty and integrity. I called them to let them know and they didn’t seem to care. Shameful conduct.

Just got slammed $795 to change a bathroom door lock that took less than an hour. NEVER AGAIN. could have changed the whole door for much less. These people have no shame. be careful everyone!! THE OWNERS REPLY TO MY MESSAGE DOES NOT CHANGE MY MIND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. $795 TO CHANGE BATHROOM DOOR LOCK. A NEW DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH CHEAPER. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO SHAME NOR SCRUPLES. MY MISTAKE AS I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS BUSINESS

Alejandro gave me all the information necessary to make an informed choice when I was locked out of my apartment with a high security lock - was also understanding when I wanted some time to make a few calls but ultimately it became clear that this was the least risk and most authentic way to go. He was quite concise and factual over the phone, but in person also very open and clear about his work. I would recommend in trusting what he says, as I called several other places which only seemed to support exactly what he had initially told me.

Ordered keys and it took a month to receive any response. Finally received an email saying I can collect during the week. Arrived at the shop during the week and no one there to let me collect. Tried calling several times over several days and no response or return calls. Still don't have my keys

Great service and friendly staffs. The price is a little expensive, but they provides good quality. The $3 bunnings key sometimes doesn't open, so you have to go again and again. This store has never let me down. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with the speed and the service provided by Alejandro today. I foolishly locked myself out of my apartment today and he was able to come on-site within an hour of me contacting him, and then he was able to unlock my door within about 5 minutes of getting here. Very friendly and helpful the whole time, would recommend for sure.

Called and received a quote for $39 call out fee and $60ish to open a car door (spoke both the office and the locksmith" and they both knew exact make and model lf car as well as the exact issue). Guy shows up

The service is very poor with lots of delays. Their staff is so rude and grumpy. I do not recommend them at all. Try to keep your keys safe!
