Ordered 3 times via the App all 3 instances had to wait large periods of time . This happens no matter how early you check in. Defeats the purpose of an online order if you still have to wait and sometimes longer than walk-in customers.

As a treat, we will order Crunch burgers, Mash and Sodas using the drive-thru. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the place neat and tidy. Service is fairly quick but if there is a delay, then this is well communicated to one.

Its ok its clean and tidy because its still quite new. The problem is every time I go it takes forever to get served. There is a never ending queue at the drive through so I go inside and nine times out of ten the staff are stood about talking. The girls can't understand what I say through the microphone as she is busy giving change to someone else around the corner. On my last visit they have change the entrance and its confusing how to get in there.

Would give ZERO stars if that option was available. Waited almost an hour in the drive through(late December) Asked the staff why the delay, and they say shift change with no smile) The store is situated in a busy intersection which cause major traffic issues with regards to the drive through. Food quality is ok, but all stars lost due to service

The drive thru was very slow and lacked any explanation for the inordinate delay. The food was absolutely hard. The meat was overcooked and salty... for a new store, absolutely dismal... get your act together and replace my meals... all in one 6 piece... gravy was so little including a small dollop of mash... either serve it or not...

They are getting better that I am very happy with, but they are still slow compared to other KFCS, the food is okay the buns in the burgers are a bit stale, the chicken is excessively oily but as I say they are improving it is in a very convenient area though. And the staff are very helpful and friendly.
