Liezel is AMAZING - she has brilliant techniques that really take your sewing to couture levels. Classes are conducted on beautiful vintage machines, with extensive notes and patterns provided. There's no question too silly, and going to class every week is like meeting up with old friends.

Liezel is a stand-out instructor, very generous with her knowledge and patient with delivery... especially with a novice like me! Accessing her years of experience is the true value add when attending her sewing courses. Fully equipped and a diversity of machines to get a feel of in a safe and fun environment

The Sew Much Fun Studio
If you want to learn to sew, the Sew Much Fun studio is the place to go! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the Absolute Beginners course and learnt so much over the duration of the 5 weeks. Liesel is a great teacher. She is a vibrant, warm and friendly instructor who is thorough and clear in her explanations and demonstrations, and very patient with complete beginners who have little or no experience. The studio is well-equipped with good quality sewing machines, gadgets, and fabrics to practise with. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sew Much Fun studio – it is exactly as its name suggests!

Liezel's classes and courses are the best in Cape Town. She offers a variety of classes from beginners to advanced and has a unique methodology and way of teaching. I absolutely loved doing the Intensive Turbo class!

Awesome Awesome Awesome I enjoyed myself for the 8 week duration I was doing my bignners course. Liezel super patient and makes learning very fun...... I've learned so much that I will recommend anyone interested in sewing to have it done at the, THE SEW MUCH FUN STUDIO

Liezel is an utterly outstanding teacher: bubbly and extremely knowledgeable. She makes learning, and up-skilling, fun and exciting all over again. The Sewing, Fashion Design & Garment Construction outcomes are high-end, and the environment is professional but relaxed. The Studio is spacious and very beautiful; what a pleasurable venue to attend. Highly recommended.

I have done a couple of courses with Liezel at Sew Much Fun Studios and have learnt SO much. Liezel is a font of knowledge across a wide selection of topics to do with textiles, and I am so grateful to have found her.Her relaxed teaching style andenvironment suits me perfectly, and I will definitely continue doing more of the courses through Sew Much Fun Studios.
