Such a 5 star experience today with Carmel. Had a fabulous curly cut and learnt how to maintain and style my curly hair. A must try for curly haired girls! You won't be disappointed.The salon setting is beautiful and private.I was accommodated at a time where no males were present (such a refreshing change for those of us who wear hijab and love to have our hair done professionally).An absolute hidden gem! Job well done Cerése.

I love what this mom and daughter duo have done together by combining their own passion for beauty and bring it all together on one property. Not to mention That they are Experts in their area of expertise and practice what they preach as they are both gorgeous looking !

Some of the most shocking customer service I have ever seen. Owner is rude and condescending to customers who are disappointed with work done poorly. Wouldn't ever recommend using a salon with such a lack of professionalism, their pricing does not match the results.As someone who is passionate about giving people an informed choice, let me clarify the level of poor treatment received. Having clarified with the stylist that the person in question was disappointed and would be leaving the matter at that and using a different salon in future, the issue was left alone. The owner of this salon then proceeded to phone us after 7pm at night. When she was hung up on and calls were blocked, she proceeded to use WhatsApp to continue to push the issue. Having been blocked there, the harassment continued when she moved to using SMS. It is only after this level of appalling treatment that any review comment was made. Any reasonable person can appreciate that this would be a very poor way to handle an unhappy customer. Should anyone wish to use this information to make a choice on whether to use this salon please feel free to do so.Further to the campaign of harassment, the salon owner elected to make this matter a full post on their page where they not only lied about the facts of the situation, they additionally sent their followers to make negative reviews on the unhappy customer's Facebook business page, in an entirely unrelated ad hominem attack. Clearly malicious response to receiving a bad review. Unfortunately, if you elect to allow reviews, negative experiences will elicit negative responses. Those who have had positive responses are welcome to them, unfortunately that has been far from the case here and thus more than entitled to this negative review. As a business owner, the handling of this matter has been shocking, and all simply because a customer dared to be disappointed in your work, and voiced their dissatisfaction.
