Worst decision of my life. Incorrect tile spacing. Tiles in bathroom not aligned. Incorrect shower screen installation. Shower screen being held by just silicon instead of deing fixed into the ground. Leakage from under shower screens floods into house. Very bad plumbing. Water leaks into new vanity cupboard. The cupboard is now damaged. Grouting is all over the bathroom and not cleaned out. Blinds not cut to size. It's now 3 months that I am sitting with all of the defects, poor service, lack of professionalism. With no responsibility from their side. Was supplied with a defective workmanship insurance cover at the beginning of the project. However, his last response to the legal advisor is the he doesn't accept responsibility and will not be cornered.
