My car was towed they never gave my keys. They do not return phone calls and they let you hold on and give you the run around. Wow. No Professionalism.

A fantastic service. From receiving the call from our Insurance Company, Jamie and Andre were able to respond and reach us within 30mins. Andre then took us and our car back to our local garage and then dropped off us at home.Such a shame CF Towing does not have their own website and is so difficult to find online. Old Mutual did not even know they existed.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. My father waited all day and no one pitched. When I made a call to them they assured me that someone would be on there way to collect the vehicle and drop it. @ hours later after I call my father, they still haven't contacted him and he was still waiting. I then called back and they said they'll contact him and someone will be on their way to assist. It's now 7 hours later. If he was stuck on the road he would have been dead by now.
