Store nicely laid out and all the items I looked at was priced. A bit pricey in comparison with other hardware retailers. Only shop there if I have to.

Friendly , Helpful Staff always willing to assist . Store caters for all your Hardware and Garden needs , if not in Store at your request timeously ordered. Additional shelves added for pool accessories

80% of sales staff are lacking product knowledge in their department's ..trafic flow into different iles are blocked with so called promotion stock and they don't have any large signage of prices ..no prices at all stock just dumped ...comparison products in other hardwear stores in Estcourt prices are on average 5 to 10 persent higher at Mica ... 70 %of sales staff are never in their department's when needed ..instead they grouped together all talking and laughing completly ignoring customers when entering the store which leads to stock losses when customers are not attended ..other staff are outside in front of the entrance of the Store smoking and talking to each other...forcing customers to inhale their smoke fumes while receiving the sanitizer from secutiety staff at the entrance ...housekeeping of stock on the floor is poor.. not once have I seen any floor sales staff using a feather duster/cloth cleaning stock... stock replemishment levels are poor 60% of the time when you require stock they are out of stock forcing us to purchase it elsewhere to reorder we have to wait for the Reps to come and take stock and fill up which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive ..if one needs x and you are out of stock and you need to finish a job I'm forced to go elsewhere purchase it...Staff across the board are friendly and try their best when I call them to come and help me if I need to find stock ..Suggestion...sales staff on a Dailey basis per department should receive a stock print out from management maybe 4 sections to go and count early in the morning ..once management has received it they can see what to reorder..also by the end of the month the staff would have completed their stock count every month ...management would have completed a MONTHLY STOCK COUNT from there identifying any stock shortages /losses .. also identify old stock slow lines and sell off dated stock ..SALES STAFF to be given a sales target per department once reached anything above they can get a 1% bonus of the difference ...exterior of the Store is looking very tired requires re painting fresh is good ..thank you

Staff helpful and polite and strore is well stocked. Took awhile before aye offered assistance

The store does not open at 7:30am this info is misleading. It actually opens at 8:00am

Well done and a huge THANK YOU for fantastic customer service from the security at the door to the staff I walked passed, to the staff pushing stock fpr other customers, to the staff jumping to assis me and to the lovely lady at the till..what a great team! Thanks guys!

Have had good and bad experiences at this shop.On the floor,most of the time,you will be attended to,someone will spot you and offer to assist.I do find,in the front by the tellers and at the desk,theres too much talking going on,and its not business chatter. People at the tellers also have fat chats between each other whilst serving customers,thats not professional to say the least. Even with all this said,I do still go to here to get what Im looking for.
