Me and my girlfriend came here for a horse riding tour. Highly recommended! At the time I was never on horseback before, and additionally my girlfriend has a disability and could not get on the horse on her own. The staff were very friendly and patient with both of us.The guides were very experienced and we enjoyed a most beautiful trail through the mountains. The effort well worth the view!The horses were very well mannered too. Well trained and very novice friendly.I can highly recommend this to anyone. A very enjoyable experience.

Monkscowl Adventure
We had a group of 6 guys that booked the 2 hour ride. Had an amazing experience. Horses were well behaved and well looked after. Guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. Karl was a great sport. He paired the horses to the riders perfectly. And he’s a very funny guy. We had a lot of fun with him before and after the trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area wanting to try horse riding.

Absolutely stunning views. Small curio shop. Toilet facilities. Tea garden; poorly positioned without a view of the mountain. Electrified and non-electrified camping sites. Over night car park for serious hikers.

Really an excellent camp site! Close to some amazing trails! The bottom ablutions were a bit neglected and the showers got flooded pretty easily.There was more than one occasion where the camp's gates were open after 22:00 and there was no security guard at the guard post. This made us uneasy and question whether our possessions would be safe when we started with our 3 day hike...

Karl Huyberechts had kindly welcome us for the half day horse ride. Our guide, Nathi, was super nice and structive. He took us to gallop after the baboons in the mountains. We had such a good experience! The horses were so gentle and cute. Perfect way to go through the Dragensberg. Higlthy recommand!

Highly recommended horseriding adventures up into the Drakensberg mountains and back. Everyone has a tremendous sense of humor and you are laughing before during and after, even if you are a first time beginner rider.The horses are very well behaved and Nathi, the guide, is both skilled and experienced. Loved every bit of it.

Had a lovely time! Horses were well behaved! ;-) Awesome views. Have done the 2 hour trail and it was just enough with two novice riders. Guide was well experienced.
