This franshise in volksrust. Is really unpleasant and unprofessional. The assistance has really put me off from taking up any contracts from mtn. They need to wise up especially the manager. He needs to deal with customers correctly we are not his children

Poor service, could not help me with my voucher that I was supposed to get when i renewed my contract. Always some excuse that the rep did not pitched up or some other excuse. So it seems that I lose that so called R500-00 voucher that I was supposed to get when signing up for my contract. Thanks for the poor and unhelpful service

What is the point off have a contact number, but they don't answer, Send in a laptop for repair, the lady told me it would be back on Monday, it is Wednesday. The don't give feed back.

Went in. Stood about 10 minutes before the consultant helped me. She didn't greet. Not very friendly. Poor customer service.
