Nice place with good people who were always ready to serve

Stay away from this company. They take advantage of small businesses.I wish that I could give a them a zero rating! As a small business transitioning to our first factory setup Eris has managed to turn this blissful experience into a nightmarish experience. Firstly we had problems getting into the property because it took them 15 days of the 30 beneficial occupation days for them to hand over our keys. 2 weeks of settling in and setting up lost due to their lack of respect for their tenants. Once we finally moved in and had the property setup and cleaned that's when the real problems began after just 3 days in the property we realized that we had a serious issue on our hands, there was constant dirt and debris streaming in from the roof. It's a factory and I would understand dust particles but the debris that keeps falling in from the badly maintained roof is unacceptable.  Please see the pictures attached.I contacted the maintenance manager and forwarded her the pictures immediately. When we signed our lease they vetted our application, as the experts that they are they should have advised us regarding the situation with the dirt and debris. They we aware that we manufactured skin care products and we needed a clean environment to manufacture our products. We were not requesting a lab setup but at the very least a roof that can keep dust and debris out of the actual building. This is not an unreasonable request.Eris property group didn't bother to get back to me at all. They ignored my concerns and 2 weeks later deducted the rent and utilities in full without even a follow up call. After sending numerous emails and 1 review for my partner they finally called us to investigate" our concerns. The "investigation" took another 2 weeks and only after I followed up with them via yet another email

Vibrant atmosphere with friendliest staff. Hop across the road for a meal at restaurants like Koi, The Baron, Rockets Express etc

Not a friendly company to deal with, do t answer phone or return calls

Shocking service and company to rent from. If you find out this is the company that is managing a space you want to rent RUNNNNN. You will never get the right bill, they charging for an entire floors electricity when your space is 130sq they ignore your emails when you try to queries anything they are an absolute nightmare to deal with and definitely not a company you want to be tied to a 3 year less with.

Very well structured facilities

Worst company to rent from, our office 134 Aramist Avenue has no power for 4 days, we are suffering loss of income and no one cares!!!!Keep phoning them , it just rings, but they r quick to send you invoice with 3k elelctricity fixed , cant wait till our contract expires and we can move to Growthpoint (all other offices are with them and they are just excellent)

I wish I could give Eris a Zero rating and completely agree with others regarding how they take advantage of small businesses. There is zero consistency and no one seems to have a clue what is going on to support their clients. This is definitely never a property specialist i would ever choose to go with again. Pathetic is the only word that comes to mind when I see this brand!
