Extremely noisy in the office area. Laughing and talking out loud. The whole shop can hear it. And the cashier was very unfriendly.

Update: Thanks to my granddaughter and Corné of Meyerton branch the latest issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction.This pharmacy has to be the most useless I've EVER had to deal with. Even with a Clicks prescription card these tossers can't get it right. 3rd time (out of 3 times) they messed the script up.

The store is so small and doesnt have a variety. I went in there looking for earphones snd a hairdryer that were on special, I found neither.The staff is not friendly. Because you're black they automatically assume you're Tswana. Even after you speak to them in English they'll continue speaking in Tswana until you blatantly say I don't speak Tswana".Either than that

Clicks is closed at 09h30 on Sunday morning 18 September in Meyerton! How can this be? Please don't tell me it's due to Loadshedding - a pharmacy which people depend on for medication should be better prepared.

The ticket system at the pharmacy just don't work!! I had to wait in the queue, people picking up meds and prescription meds, pass in the queue. What's the use going to the pharmacy then!! It is frustrating waiting and everyone else is being served! Pathetic!!! I will rather not use clicks pharmacy

The pharmacist on duty is more concerned in having chats with people than issuing prescriptions. Had to wait for her to finish her family discussion with the person in front of me for a couple of min after the person had already received the medication

This pharmacy is useless the staff are incompetent and dont care about the customer, every month there are new staff members behind the pharmacy counter and dont know what is going on. The management dont care about taking complaints seriously won't use clicks Meyerton again.
