This is the worst shoprite branch I have ever been to, the long lines are the worst its like the staff are on a go slow, absolutely no organization and horribly managed. They close the kiosk so if you want cigarettes or something you got to wait for the cashier to call someone to go and get the item. Even on their busiest days you will see like 3 only 3 cashiers.

ShopRite Raisethorpe is convenient, under cover parking. Shop is never really busy. What I like is, advertised specials are available. It's clean, shelves are stocked, and it's not ad big as the other stores. Meat selection is not the best, however good enough for day to day shopping. Small bakery and butcher staff also helpful. Only negative, tills clogged up sometimes with people taking cash backs. Suggestion, dedicated tills.

Firstly the staff from floor management to cashiers must be sent for customer service training. Unpleasant, no smile and they sometimes look at you like you dumb. If you have a bad day please don't bring it to work. You work with people out there be more customer orientated and service friendly.

I agree with the other comments.The staff all need customer service training firstly.Staff are always unhappy including security. Secondly the Butchery/Deli section stinks. The manager has a terrible attitude.She behaves as if she owns Shoprite.Queues are always long.There are no packers.Cashiers will suddenly stop and have convo. and we must wait until they're done.I will never shop there again!
