An experience of a lifetime...friendly staff and so clever at what they do with their machines. Linda is extremely artistic and helpful. A very clever lady! I just hope I can use my Quilt Motion like she used it whilst giving a demo. Thank you Linda.

If you have a bernina machine then this is the place for you. The team was friendly Alex the technician has a great sense of humour and all the staff in general are very professional. Service for a machine is R690, I cannot tell you if that is a good price or not as I was just dropping the machine off for a family member. The store is easy to find using Google maps. Well done to the Bernina Team

Good Day, I went to the Bernia store in Imam Haroon Road, Lansdowne. Schauneen Fletcher was the lady who assisted me with the purchasing of the freeflowing foot and walking foot. She took her time in demonstrating how the feet works and allowed me some hands-on sewing with the respective foot. As I am a newby in quilting, she made me feel like a professional, giving me tips and just been so helpful. Nothing, Nothing was too much for her to handle and assist me. She has such a personality that working in a shop is just suited for her. She was pleasant, friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to have made my experience the best I have received in such a long time. And during all this time that she gave me, she still assisted other customers who walk in and needed assistance/help! I was so excited with my purchases that I felt like a kid in a candy store". On 11th Oct 2021 I took in my Bernina 910 machine to the Head Office in Auckland Park as something blew in it.The next day 12th Oct I received a call from the technician to say my machine cannot be repaired as the motor is faulty & they don't have spares so cannot assist.My husband is into electronics & he decided to open the machine to check the problem.First he found that the Bernina tech didn't NOT OPEN the machine at all.Second it was the electronic power supply board that blew & NOT the motor.I have taken a video of the power supply board as proof.I cannot believe that a reputable company who is operating for so many years can lie through their teeth. We the customers put our trust in them.Bernina you have failed us & your service is pathetic.

Pleasant experiences every time I have been there. Most recent reason was for servicing my machines. They quoted; I accepted and on going back to fetch them; the service cost less than I expected.

I have over the past week realized why some of the Bernina dealerships I have been dealing with give bad service as it clearly filters down from the top. The way management at Bernina RSA has dealt with my issues with my machine and queries are disturbing. From lying to ducking and diving to answer questions I have. This has been very upsetting as I have only supported Bernina in the past, but guess it’s time for change.
