I am so disappointed in the service I have received over the past two years as well as the service my mother Inlaw got on the same line we have been with out internet service since Saturday the 24th of December and no sign of getting it fixed. My partner has had close down his business because we have no internet. We have limited income now and have had to report it five times and now my reference number is not there anymore. I have done a new report Telkom SA: Dear Customer,Ticket ref. 68989448 is created for service TIN3631810. We will fix the issue soon.Please do not reply to the SMS.Please fix my internet I work hard to pay for it and can’t even get a break from people like you
