Worst service from Floor assistance to till operators to NO Managment. After paying and waiting 1hour for items to come we went and load it ourselves on the trolley and then waited at the door for extra 30min for security to check items. They just totally ignore customers. Staff also not complaining to Covid-19 regulation and this shop needs urgent attention from headoffice.
