Most reviews seem to have a common theme, why does this store exist. They can never assist to do anything other than refer you to a different branch. The systems" are usually offline. You literally have 3 staff or more in there doing nothing. Don't waste your time rather go to a different store."

Very disappointing service from Telkom in general. I orderd the new Samsung S22 ULTRA. Telkom had stock but said that the device was not loaded on their system. They took all the necessary documents from me and told me that they would call me back when the device is loaded. I phoned them numerous times over the next two days and the phone was still not loaded on the system. I called back on the 3rd day and they told me the phone was sold that morning. I never got a call letting me know that it was loaded. They then told me that they would order me a phone from another branch and it would be there in the next day or two. We waited a week and a half and still no phone. We went into the store today and found out that they ordered the phone but it had not come because it was also sold to someone else. In addition, they hadn't started any processes so I would still have to wait until after the promotion ends for them to be done. Now they are ordering me a new one but can't guarantee that I will get it before the promotion ends. Totally unacceptable

I saw a laptop package deal 6 weeks ago, was told they are out of stock at all stores. But the agent promised to source it for me, took my ID copy and ctc number with promises of calling with weekly updates, I didn't receive anything,instead I had to do the chasing by phone even going in the store to check . Ffw 6 weeks later I am in the MOA branch with a friend and I casually ask when they expect stock on the deal, the sales assistant says we've always had stock. To say I am defeated is an understatement. Kyalami corner store will not see me or my friend ever again. Thanks for nothing.Anyhoo.. big ups to Telkom MOA team for your patience and good service!

Most stressful and frustrating experience. They ran a special with a Samsung S22 ultra with free earbuds. We ordered in advance and was repeatedly told we would receive the deal tomorrow that went on until the special ended. To this date, we did not get the deal or a contract with the phone. Who runs a national special with 1 phone allocated per store and if you receive the phone after the special ends, you forfeit the special. The phone was ordered way in advance and at a time when they had stock of the earbuds and now we are told again to wait. Why is Samsung running deals with Telkom if they have no stock. We should not support the misleading specials with Samsung S22 Ultra and Telkom for not having enough stock and running deals.Wow, received your response and you guys really think customers are stupid. Customers want action immediately for current problems with you and not be told you will make an effort in the future. Why are you not rectifying the current issues with us customers. I personally would not recommend you to anyone today or in the future. What will you do different in the future that you cannot do now.

Consistently the rudest and least helpful people, possibly in the entire universe. What's the point of a shop that has nothing to sell and everyone is the manager but not one person knows how to do their job? At least they always have lots of magazines and games to keep them busy, just do not interrupt them during lunch between 8:00 and 18:00

Horrible. Just horrible. Tried calling the store several times to find out if they have a Black Friday Promo in stock. After 2 days of calling I decided to make the journey. When entering the store, I called the number to see if the phone rang and it did, no worry from the consultants to answer, blatantly ignoring the phone. Wanted to take out the product and guess what. Out of stock. Great going Telkom!!
