Brilliant store. They were the only store I called who offered an ETA of new stock and went out of their way to order for us rather than just waiting for stock to reach the store. Excellent, friendly staff. Will be happy to deal with them again.

Very helpful consultants. I was assisted by Cynthia. This lady was patient, very knowledgeable about their offerings and most helpful. She made my cellphone upgrade experience a pleasure. Arnold was very approachable as a manager. I would recommend this shop over the one at Liberty Mall. Perhaps the team from Vodacom Liberty Mall could learn a few pointers from Arnold and Cynthia. Keep it up guys.

If it wasnt for Jonathan, they would have No Stars. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, attentive and tried to assist with technical issue I had. The technician was the exact opposite in every way. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. He needs urgent training on customer service and his technical skills need improvement too.
