Very knowledgeable, very willing to explain the problem and lays out all the possible options.I had a series of bad luck with my laptop and Dylan was quickly able to identify the problem, advise all my options and answer all my questions. And he is so affordable! I also needed to get an upgrade and he has gone out of his way to put together a quote on a custom build computer that is competitive and includes thought behind thinking ahead in terms of my needs. Definitely recommend if you need anything software or hardware related. He will fix it!
