I love everyone's vibe in this studio. 100% would recommend.From my very first sessions, I received a very warm, friendly reception from the instructors, Lauren, Nathalie, Mike & Tatum, and the other class participants.In their own unique ways, the instructors are enthusiastic, experienced and patient teachers. And for these reasons, I was always motivated to go to classes even on days I painfully didn't want to and I always leave feeling invigorated.Nadia, thank you for seamlessly facilitating all of my annoying admin and finance queries. You're amazing!

Pilates Connection
I started doing Pilates with Nadia Nikolova at Pilates Connection back in 2012. Nadia and her team are extremely professional and have fixed every ache I have ever had. Not to mention the fun, humorous atmosphere within the studio - always makes it a pleasant place to visit.

My husband and I have loved our time at Pilates Connection! Lauren has been so attentive to our needs and goals and within the first 3 months, we could see a huge improvement in our strength, flexibility and - very importantly - in our quality of daily life. Pilates Connection
Pilates Connection is the best! Nadia is a fantastic teacher. I've been going to her for a couple of years and she helped me with various injuries as well as general strengthening. Every class is different and interesting. She always finds new ways to make you work really hard. Nadia has adapted the business to remote/online teaching really well too. Can't recommend the studio highly enough.

Pilates Connection
I started doing pilates training owing to me consistently injuring my lower back with other forms of exercise. I found Pilates Connection, and I am so glad that I did. I love it and I love all the instructors. The space is beautiful, central, clean and caring. The instructors are knowledgable and caring. I have formed relationships making my experience not just about working out, but connection too. Needless to say, I no longer have lower back pain. I love it. Thank you

Pilates Connection
This is a wonderful Pilates studio in Parktown North! The instructors are fabulous and really work with you to make each session as tough as you want but enjoyable as well. I have really enjoyed training with both Lauren and Nathalie! The studio is spacious, clean and has all the various Pilates equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, leg machines, weights), etc. It's a warm, welcoming community and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into Pilates! Thank you Nadia, Lauren, Nathalie and the team at Pilates Connection.
