Preston came to my house and assured me he could repair my pool and set my timer. He dropped one guy off to dig out the weir no tools. He provided a a tiny piece of saw to cut out the roots of the palm tree. His guy was very disillusioned and I finally gave him my hand held cutters to cut the roots. Preston mNever checked the work. He charged me 2500.which I paid and added additional costs onto the accountWhen I told him that his worker was not provide proper tools for the job and I had to assist. He said he was going to give him a warning letter for not bringing the incorrect tools for the job. I am still paying this pool repair off and now have discovered that the pool is still leaking. I could never get hold of Preston. When I phoned him early he said I must not disturb him and when I phoned office hours he said he was busy and I should not disturb him. He was incredibly rude to me. And said I should be grateful that he didn't rip me off like Aquakleen pool maintenance company.I can't believe how these people can rip pensioner's off and sleep at night. I see he has glowing reviews . Aquakleen pool maintenance got away with R 630 I paid in advance and laid a false charges against meAnd now I wonder what Preston is going to do. I tried several times to contact him this morning but no answer. He doesn't have an office number to contact. So these big powerful men can get away with a pensioner's money. Shame on them.
