The cashiers at this branch are very rude. Instead of assisting you, they will rather stand and talk and when you ask if you can pay, her eyes rolled back into her head. This was today. Yesterday when the system is offline no one will tell you when you enter the shop, when you want to pay she just said read the sign and walked away. Worst customer service ever. I liked the customer register at the door to keep up with Covid-19 track and tracing. Keep up good work. This distinguishes Foschini mall of the north to all other retailers.

Why did you get rid of Donna. The so-called inclusive" ranges are not inclusive at all. I can never find the correct size and the variety is lacking. I feel so let down by TFG."
