Confirmed that I will come and collect an item only to discover they sold it and broke their promise. Not a very trustworthy store. Not worth driving from the other side of Cape Town after you confirmed you are on your way to collect the item.

Staff not overly helpful. Nice things for sale just to find out that its broken, but still havent been taken off the shelves yet.....

When I came after collecting my xbox from the shop it completely froze. They aren't willing to help me and told me its my own fault even though my xbox was working 100% when they took it from me. Very very very poor on there behalf!!

The Worst store ever, I bought a NEW Fridge around June within 3 months it was broken broken, I took it to the store for repairs they told me to wait for a 14 days, I waited till close to a month and a week I went to the store since I never had any feedback. I was told that i must pay R2300 to fix it, I refused since I knew it was not my fault, I laid a complaint and few days later I was call by the complaints office that they will take it for second opinion. A few days after that I was told that they will fix it for R1000. Before that when I first went to the store i told them I won't be around Western Cape anymore I need my refund as I won't need the fridge anymore. I was told that the store will call me, I never received a call when I call the store they are telling me the manager is not there. Whoever I have been made a fool they act as if they know nothing. I have every call on record since from the beginning of all this their statement contradict always. I have been patient with you it's enough. I am taking further steps. I believe a lawsuit is my best solution .

Worst Cash Crusaders Ever!!!!! Laybyed a law mower after 2 months i come to collect it and they want to give me fitness cycle instead and obviously they have sold my lawnmower.This place is a joke. Do not waste your time buying here. Manager just shrugs his shoulders. Terrible service!!

I would recommend anyone who wants to by a Skateboard there not to buy it there, even though they are cheap.Their skateboards are poorly constructed, here is why, I bought the board there and in less than a week of the purchase, the bearings on the wheels already got wasted and broke down, without even riding it too much and without a single trick, and also in less than 2 months time one truck is already broken, and guess what, there is no guarantee.Please check out the pictures.

I definitely won’t recommend anyone to buy a skate board or a long board there. As they know nothing about it. The people were nice but the board i went to look at had broken trucks and they didn’t even know. But prices as well

My favorite shop to buy my devices such as headphones, phones, watch etc. They are cheap and the people working there are so friendly.
