Shocking service, 2 tills open while Sassa drawings are done today. You as working customer must wait 10 min to pay 1 item!!

They don't just point you in a direction, but actually escorts you to the shelf where the sought-after product is. Thank you very much for your service! Keep up the good work!

Certain employees at till points are robbing customers of cash whereby they delay swiping the xtra savings card resulting in you giving them extra cash and they then enter a reduced amount of cash received at the till resulting in the customer being given incorrect and short change. This applies to the Valhalla branch. The manager on duty then has the audacity to tell you to search yourself for the short change. Disgusting behaviour experienced on 08 March 2023.

If there were a zero star rating, I would have rated it a solid zero without hesitation. We had a very unfortunate experience at this store, where they falsely advertise a special" on their website
