Gosh, where to start.... Obviously the product performs beautifully and the installation was done professionally, but I am most blown away by the general professionalism of the entire operation from start to finish. When we first made an appointment for the initial inspection and package finalization visit I was a bit worried because twice the slot was gone just as I confirmed with hubby it's okay, but from there on out it was smooth sailing. Alumo truly makes you feel like their one and only customer, from how the team interacts with you to the follow up calls to make sure everything is to your liking. They are just a phone call away and we even put that to the test with a support person rushing out to come assist when we needed it.Truly, truly an A++ service, product and company!!

Just installed our system. With so many options out there in the market, Alumo made our whole experience a pleasure. I was left in no doubt as to what I was getting its advantages as well as limitations.Andrew and his team arrived on time worked neatly and completed the installation on time.Operation of the system was also thoroughly covered. I can only recommend this company. A breath of fresh air in the current climate.

Installation day had been eagerly anticipated and JP and the team were onsite before 8am. Within minutes, they were offloaded and ready to begin, each person doing his allocated tasks.The installation was completed with 2 mornings and apart from the drilling and hammering, it was a surprisingly quick and smooth operation.A roof tile was broken and the team could improve their housekeeping- the wall by the DB board was left dirty and there were a few pipes, cable ties, a splatter of paint or glue on the wall, and a few cigarette butts left lying around.But the end result is that we have power and the peace of mind we paid for is going to pay for itself in years to come.Alumo we’re recommended to me, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a solar power option!

This has been top notch customer service from the very first engagement.I phoned Alumo for a quotation and managed to get an appointment quite quickly has someone else had cancelled theirs.Every step of the way, they have communicated to me and been professional.The installation was at another level. The team was efficient and knowledgeable. I managed to work from home whilst they were installing the system with minimum interruptions.That day of the installation, we had two slots of 4 hours of load shedding. I didn’t feel it at all.The next day we had 10 hours of no electricity. The solar worked effectively and we had enough power to charge the batteries and to run the household.Excellent company!!!

Great overall experience. Mpho and the team displayed professionalism throughout. Came in earlier than expected and did not leave the work until all was done. The team is well organised. They are very neat and cleaned up the place at the end. Mpho was very patient with explaining the process and at the end, how the system works. I am very happy with their work.
