BPSC Carpenters

This company could not deliver as promised. They asked for a high deposit and could not complete the work requested. They are full of excuses and not professional - no business etiquette. I had to cancel some of my order due to them not being able to deliver items and failure to complete some items neatly. They had last delivered last year and promised a refund for items that I never received. It’s over a year later and no refund was issued to me. They had been in contact with me last in June this year promising to pay every month.The last few responses I received:“When I'm back in Durban I'll pay something on second week and balance before end of july”“I'm still waiting for municipality payment I'm saying half coz I'll take from donation of people helping me to furnish my renovated home after floodsOr we can wait until they pay“Excuses upon excuses!It seems they are using the floods as an excuse - even though I had done business with them a year BEFORE the floods!DO NOT RECOMMEND!
