Clean and cool. The problem is the food service,we wait a little bit longer, because we order in the dinning hall.

Welcoming staff, really enjoyed my stay. Sometime is so easy to overlook the messy of an accommodation when the people go an extra mile. Avoca, you have lovely people working for you, and your place is beautiful and clean… enjoyed the extras like Netflix. See you soon.

The place is clean and very nice also peaceful. The GM Bryn is very helpful and the staff as a whole they are kind, everything is perfect it was my first time coming here from Durban and I am definitely visiting them again on December. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Arrived late, gate guard very friendly but unclear directions resulted in exploratory tour of premises to find room. No hot water (after allowing tap to run for 5 mins). No data reception in room, supposed free WiFi password unavailable, unable to convey status message. Up early, hot water situation unchanged. Office opened late, printer not working. Coffee at breakfast far too strong, tasted terrible with only hot milk provided. Data reception from 7 am (WiFi still untested) allowed status message to be delivered.Nice premises, clean room, friendly staff. My stay was paid by a client - I was left with a feeling his money had been wasted. I have honestly had a better experience at backpackers at less than half the rate. I was more than happy to leave.

I just visited here like yesterday and I'm highly impressed , the rooms are clean , food is delicious , service it's also good . Nice place for couples to bond .

Beautiful hotel! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. You're warmly greeted from the drive in through the gate and until you leave. The rooms are gorgeous too (and they have Smart TVs, which is awesome!), and the surrounding view is beautiful. The beds are also super comfortable, and there's air conditioning in the rooms. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious - I highly recommend their mussels and chicken livers. Really excellent food. It's also only a short drive from town, which is great as well. If you're looking for a really relaxing, beautiful, friendly place to stay, you've found it!

Went there for lunch and had mix grill it was well preparedPlaces looks neat and refreshing environment

The rooms were very nice. I even got a family room at no extra cost. The wifi is very strong. The problem is with the food. It’s definitely not worth the price, rice was overcooked and it looked like pap. The restaurant service is also very slow. I had to wait to for over an hour for incomplete breakfast because some items were not available. I highly recommend for them for accommodation but not the restaurant

It was amazing...service was really nice, rooms very clean and smells nice.Business trip and well worth it.
