Wish there were an option to rate you as ZEROWhy provide customers with email addresses and have a landline when no1 responds or answers.I went as far as to cc the store manager on my email and still no response.So why is he there??????Almost a week and I am still waiting for my number to be ported .Pathetic serviceAnd don't bother responding by saying you apologize and will stride to do better ...As from previous comments ,your version of improving or wanting to improve customer satisfaction is just a word say" there is no action"

Awful service from Telkom Gateway (1dt floor store)Staff stroll in at 9.30am & onwards.At 9.30am with 3 Techs at desks only the 2nd customer was called.This is my second time at this store for the same issue. Seems the techs in store have a very different system from those at 10210.At store invoices can't be picked up.Last payments can't be picked up.Cancellation orders can't be picked up.No nice of management obviously!Head Office needs to step in as a matter of urgency! If anyone at HQ has a brain that is!Check your camera's regarding start times of staff!

Most useless service from Quaraisha, your store has a ticket system but this useless sales/ assistant consultant gets clients to bypass the ticket system? And disturb me as a client while I’m been assisted. Also this consultant lacks common knowledge and customer service. Employ proper staff, not staff that overlook a sale over support . TELKOM STORE IN GATEWAY MALL- This store is sickening!! Does no one work there???? How the hell can they not hear the phone ringing?? Are they deaf???? Yes i understand the stores are busy but for the last 4 days, no one even returned the call, i have been calling continuously!!! Close the dam store if url cannot work properly!!!! Customer service sucks!!!!

Staff are not very customer oriented. Blunt and unfriendly.

I have visited this store 8 times. I have sent +12 emails which no Manager has contacted me to this day. The billing of my contracts are incorrect and I have been overcharged. I've been reading the comments of the reviews and from the employees responses of which results in every comment of we are doing our best". Poor competence and poor customer care. From this experience I will no longer be using Telkom telecommunications."

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Service is beyong pathetic with not a skill in sight! Nobody seems to care about anything aside from being clueless about everything!! Getting assistance from a technician is impossible because the store is dependent on one human being.. who is never there. Management is so poor they cannot even manage staff rosters. It's disgusting.

Can you get someone to help answer the phone. I've been trying to get a hold of someone at the store since yesterday. Every time i call there is no answer. Yet again i try calling today after u said you will do better in the future, there is still no answer! Pathetic service

Telkom is by far the worst internet service provider in the country, especially this store. The level of incompetence is unparalleled.I signed up for fibre internet on 3 April and returned to find out why I haven’t got any confirmation of my order - only to find out that the entire application was not made (2 hours of my time wasted) and I had to repeat the whole application.It was redone and fingerprints taken for the second time, now I’m here on 26 April and absolutely nothing has been done to make an appointment to install the fibre.The attitude is so blasé, they say there is nothing they can do once the application has been made, no attempts to rectify or make any effort to allow me to lay a complaint.I feel I am too far in this process now to cancel the application, I will just wait and painfully suffer through this torture.Good luck to anyone else who makes the same mistake!

This rating is for the Telkom Store situated near The Chocolate Bar in Gateway. The Telkom store next to Sorbet Man is good.I visited the Telkom Store near Sorbet Man during load shedding. The staff was professional and advised me that I should go to the Telkom store near Chocolate Bar because they have generators.When I entered the Telkom Store near Chocolate Bar, not one of the staff members tried to help me. When I approached the first staff member , he looked at me stunned. Eventually, I got to speak to one of the staff members and asked if they could help me and I explained that I was sent to them by the other Telkom store and was told that they had generators and would be able to help me.
