Whatever setup this is, it's not a customer driven store! It's populated by employees who barely speak English but are quite adept at making up prices as they go along. Steer clear!

The employee at the counter is extremely rude, his behavior is so incompetent, I'm sick and tired of his attitude. Global cellular y'all have to address this issue because y'all gonna be losing customers and I'm never going to recommend anyone to repair their devices at the store.
