The worst Telkom store. It best to go to Sandton once for excellent service. The staff in Norwood is not friendly nor are they willing to assist. If they are not offline there is always another issue. Utterly dissapointed to see a vast difference in service delivery at this store versus the Telkom store in Sandton City.

Typical Hellcom poor service. Nobody answers the phone and the talk to me on your website does not work. In fact telkom does not work, end of story that is why I am cancelling

Great service. After struggling to get WiFi in my place for 3 months, I visited Telkom Norwood mall and had WiFi up and running 3 business days later. Exceptional service. Thank you to the team.

Went today to enquire about sim activation nobody is there at the store and lady who works there says they don't know what time it will open. What kind of an answer is that? Deserves zero stars absolutely pathetic

Needed sim swap, trainee very unhelpfully told me I needed proof of residence and ID, unable to explain procedures.No proof of residence was then required. Waited until I worked out what Lady was doing.Sanitiser smelled like used dishwater. Then process continued smoothly.
