They could help where others couldn't.I took a lock there to be repaired after going to other locksmiths who stated (they stopped making those years ago)The lick was beyond repair and the gentleman ordered a brand new one exactly the same from his supplier.It took a couple of days to arrive but it was brand new.Summary - they can be trusted.
