The Courier Guy - Knysna

Terrible service. A parcel that I sent off to my daughter in Durban for Christmas was held back because they said that I still owed R40 for the parcel. In my book it means that either the staff in Knysna didn't do their job properly and undercharged or else their fancy scanner isn't scanning right and is overcharging me. Either way, my parcel didn't make it in time.

WORST service at this branch. They never answer the phone and IF they do the staff are extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful.Courier Guy services are very good nationally but this branch is utterly pathetic. Head Office really needs to do an overhaul there.

Never answers the phone. This time they booked our collection incorrectly and package was not collected in time. Not to mention the previous issues of lost packages.Worst courier ever!

Its an absolute shambles - like dealing with a government dept. Phones are simply not answered. Having to sit and wait the whole day for a package that although they promised to deliver they just couldn't be bothered.

Waited the whole day for a package. They then lied and said no one was home. There are cameras with motion sensors that show they never arrived at any point. We received no phone call. When I tried to contact them the phone just rang. A whole day wasted waiting for them and instead of being priority the day after, we are once again waiting for the package.

Absolutely useless. They do not answer the phone. I then organised an urgent pick up through the Bethlehem branch on Friday. They only collected the parcel on Tuesday afternoon. Very poor. Do not use them

Shocking service. Been waiting for delivery for 3 days. Tracker shows parcel is out for the day and only to be returned in the afternoon. Call the branch numerous time, they pick jp and promise yo deliver or to soth the issue out. Communication from branch is broken i was promised a call in few minutes after 9 l:am i as still waiting for them at 13:10pm

A few months ago my husband had to courier an amp and a guitar to KZN. Jody was unbelievably helpful and went out of his way to help package these items so that they would not get damaged. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Once again today my husband had something difficult to courier and once again he got amazing service this time from Carlo. Just like the previous time Carlo went out of his way to package it securely taking his time and much effort to do this properly. Not only were both these gentlemen extremely helpful they were also super friendly. We will definitely be using Courier Guy Knysna for all our courier requirements in the future and recommending them to all our friends. Keep up the great work Jody and Carlo. Thanks again.
