Horrible provider - highly do not recommend. Their customer service is non existent, it takes them weeks to respond to any emails or phone calls, everyone seems to be incompetent, including their systems. Waste of money and waste of time

If I could.put minus a star, I would. Without a doubt, one of the worst ISP out there, and as the only ISP in our area in Kirstenhof, hold a gun to our head, and do nothing about giving us the service we pay for. Internet down, phoned them, said they would phone me back, still waiting almost an hour later, phoned again, said they would phone me back, still waiting, 7 more calls to try and get through to them, get there automated response suggesting going on line to self service, how the hell can I do that when I cant get any internet service, no.response. Frikkin useless.

Worst wifi provider ai have ever had.at least a power outage once every 3 months with no warning. Very very unreliable network. Tried calling the the 25/7/365 number the call keeps dropping. Rain with the router were much more reliable, i have them as my estate only allowed them. Why i really dont know, stay away if u have not decided on one.

SEACOM's internet is frequently down for our business. In fact, for the past three days we've been without ANY internet. We are now forced to explore other options. Avoid SEACOM at all costs.

I absolutely HATE leaving reviews. But really dissapointed here and want to protect others from falling into the same trap.. Cancelled my service and had to give a 3 month notice which cost over R10k. What on earth do they need 3 months for?

V&A Food Market inherited Seacom when Seacom bought out Macrolan. The past 5years has been constant uphill. Possibly the worst ISP for technical support. Once your emails go down, the technical support via phone is non-existent. You will receive the same answer from every department for the whole day... it's with the cloud department"... Escalation of your support ticket in order to find out timelines / feedback

Seacom is the only fibre provider in our business park. Their business internet is extremely overpriced. We only require internet for email and minor online activities and have to pay R599 per month for a 5mb/s line! I pay the same at home for 10 x that speed. Their excuse is that they get you back online faster which is completely untrue. My home ISP is far more attentive. Such a rip off

Stay away from this company! We were being charged for services we were not using even after i brought it under their attention. They had no intent to refund us and even charged us an extra month. No customer services and can't even do a simple task. No management to help or assist or attend to complaints. Bad, bad, bad! Really not happy

Terrible lack of meaningful support. Lines stay down for days. Support is slow. Support agents are single function amoeba's who repeat the same canned responses endlessly. Had better and faster service from Home Affairs!
