Very disappointed. Only did half the job.Took my MacBook Pro in to get a new battery and have them clear 80gb of system storage that was causing a problem on my Mac. Was so impressed with their quick turnaround time. Only to get back home to find they hadn’t cleared the storage problem. So a total waste of my time.

I found the experience average. I had to wait and ensure I make eye contact and eventually wave someone down to assist. One of the products I was interested in was out of stock and the second was purchased at the standard rate without offering to match a better price shown online. (Very little difference, but would've been nice). Again, nothing terrible - just an average South African retail experience, thus 3 stars.

Staff only know how to say: no we don't have this or that. There is stock at another store.. But can't get it for you." Can't tell you when or if new stick is expected (apparently it's a security risk to entice your customer to return!). I absolutely hate dealing with this store - whilst seemingly many staff to assist. None actually make you feel like they want to. Their skills to serve customers are very under developed. Disappointing"

Went to purchase a new MacBook. Was told to wait in the tech line. I did. No regard for the line was given. People just came in and jumped the line to get their phones out on the WiFi. The people who should assist are too busy playing with their friends to help customers. Last visit for me.

i like that it is not inside a mall/shopping centre- so quick access to shop from car no uneccessary distractions. service was quick but then again i want on a midweek during work hours so store was not busy.

Clean and well-situated store. A very amiable and informative staff member helped us with the purchasing of an iPad recently.Other occasions of trading in products were a little less slick and professional- taking a long period of time and numerous phone calls to follow up and eventually receive the re-payment after a few months.

I wish I could say something nice about this place but I’m struggling to find something. I was going to write a whole lot of details, but suffice to say that my experience involved lots of broken promises and no regards for the customer’s needs. There were a lot of apologies, but since actions speak louder than words, I’m not convinced that they were sincere.

This is one of my favourite stores in Sandton. Unlike other iStores, the staff are friendly and helpful. I have always been greeted at the door and assisted with professionalism and efficiency.I also love the venue itself and the coffee shop at the back with its beautiful views of the epicentre of Sandton City.

Man the service at this store is insanely good. I requested for the store to reserve a phone for me as I was undecided. I finally made a decision upon arrival I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. S/O to Shakira (apologies if I'm spelling her name incorrectly) my sales consultant. I'll definitely be back to buy more items. I love a store with excellent customer service!
