Ons instruktrise is net uitstekend. Sy ken haar kliënte en neem almal se probleme / verwagtings in ag tydens inskakelingsgroepe en die klasse self. Jy sal nie maklik iemand beter as sy kry nie.

I love the environment at the studio. Mari -lo, the owner, has exceptional knowledge of the body and she is an inspiring lovely and kind person. The quality of the instructors and classes are superior. The effect of their techniques and focus on posture deliver impressive results. I will recommend them in a heartbeat.

Best decision I ever made to join Pilates Somerset West and the Pilates Cardio Rebound class. Ilse the instructor is excellent. I've had personal trainers and tried Cross Fit, this is by far for me the best for intensive training, where you can see quick results. Highly recommend
