Fitted with a camera system for security and a generator fitted so loadshedding is a thing of the past in St Aidans. They too contribute to the recycling project to help the environment. Access control through biometrics or MEL app. Communal Pool and braai facilities in complex.

Great complex that is well looked after but sometimes you will get the most bizzare complaints from management. For example, I have nothing on my balcony except two brooms standing upright in the corner. I was approached by security to ask me to lay them flat down?? Seriously never heard that one before.Entering and exiting with the app is problematic especially during load shedding when there is limited mobile signal. You will also need to make sure your phone always has data and is always charged. As we move to living with COVID perhaps the complex should look to Biometric contactless entry or bring back fingerprint access.Access to your place of residence should not be a hassle.

Nice place to stay clean well kept. Security good as well

If you are looking for pet friendly accomodationg rhen St Aidens would be a good place to start. Flats are spacious and security is very good

Id give this place a half a star if I could, currently a resident (top floor unit WITHOUT WATER FOR 3 DAYS) ALL THEY CAN TELL ME IS THAT THE COUNCIL IS THROTTLING US!!!! In the mean time I went around the complex asking around and funny enough to my amazement alot of the other residents have water. No impressed.

Nice as far as complexes go. Parking for visitors is a bit painful (far corners of the complex). Buildings and gardens are well kept while the security isn't bad.
