The Poling Station
The Poling Station is more than a fitness studio. It is a home away from home for many students and we are all made to feel welcome and part of TPS family. Students are gently pushed to challenge themselves, while still being mindful of limitations set by past injuries etc. A supportive and caring environment where one can express oneself through movement, embrace body positivity and get fit and strong while doing so.

Great lessons equipment great. Instructors are extremely accomodating and very supportive. Studio is extremely private and you feel utterly safe.

I love this studio. The instructors are amazing and very accommodating. The classes cater to all levels of students, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, inclusive and encouraging. Communication is great- you are always informed about any changes to class timetables, payment methods etc. 10/10 would recommend.

What an incredible studio! I leave being a part of the TPS family. I have had so much fun here and made lasting friendships. The instructors are so patient with me and my 2 left feet and are supportive and enthusiastic.

Absolutely love The Poling Station! I’ve been with the studio for a little over a year and have enjoyed every class I’ve been to. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive and kind. The community is welcoming and supportive. It is a fantastic alternative to conventional exercise, highly recommend it.
