Booked a quote at 08.00 for after 12.00. Phoned 15.30 to confirm they are still coming. It is 19.00 now and nobody pitched up or phoned to make new appointment. All this while I explained how important the quote is to us. To me it was not just a quote, I wanted the job to be done. Hope I have better luck with other service providers tomorrow.
