So had my chainsaw there for more than a year now, and every time I go back to follow up on the chainsaw, the same response is that he is waiting for a part from Stihl. I don't know but I'm very much sure that it doesn't take a year to deliver a part and when I ask for my chainsaw back, he says that he will have it ready by next week friday. Will say that he is friendly but has an excuse for everything.
