this white lady was very rude..reluctant to help a poor little picanese. she doesnt give you chance to speak and voice tone was abrupt, claiming the dog was supposed to be at the vet days ago , in a way that WE were careless, but doestn give change to propperly explain what the matter is...and claiming we are lying!! looks like im not the only one complaining!!
