I called to list my house, the agent that answered was unprofessional and told me straight the ladies dealing with the rental of properties are to busy, and she is an agent and can not help me, and does not know what's going on via the rental properties.

The are hidden cost on rental prices

I had a terrible experience, struggled to get my rental deposit back as they kept accusing me of defects i found when i moved in. Left the house in a far better state than i found it but they kept accusing me of defects that were pre-exiating.

We bought a house through Standard bank and was forced to use Seeff. The agent was arrogant and I am still waiting for documentation since last year November. Always excuses with sarcasm and talking to you as if your a child. Making promises and then don't communicate when she will not be able to deliver. Will never make use of the agent again.

I am renting out my house with them .Let’s just say I miss the time where Sandy Smith was my agent..

I wouldn't recommend my family, friends or anyone to do business with these property agents. My experience with them was a complete nightmare. They are the kind of agents who only care about the client before the sale is done. After purchasing a property through seef polokwane I was left stranded with a tenant who refused to evacuate and no one assisted me from their office. I spoke to Oliver the branch manager several times and even got my representatives to call on my behalf when all hope was lost and I was given empty promises each time. It took me nearly two months to get occupation of my property after registration of which was not part of the agreement. When I finally went to inspect the property I found it was not in the condition that I had viewed it and ultimately that cost me thousands of Rands to fix. To cut the long story short, STAY AWAY, RUN, DON'T LOOK BACK !

Worst property management agency I have come across, nobody ever response to email, everything takes forever for them to get done. I would never want to work with them again.

I can't fault Seeff. Annelise is a Pro and handled the sale of our property with unmatched professionalism. Feedback was provided every step and decisions were not taken without us. For all our property needs we'll choose Seeff over and over again.
