The service we have received has been great so far.One particular thing to note, I have engaged with a lady at call reception (Tarren/Carren), pity I keep forgetting, how profession is she! Just love her spirit and the way she treats you like a paying customer you are. May she never lose the morale, people like us stay in business with companies due to people like her!

Pls do not waste your time with this company!!!massive waste of time and effort. The most ridiculous, chaotic and unprofessional service that i have EVER experienced.I spent 4 weeks, multiple emails, and 42 phone calls and still could not even get a quotation from these people.I called their opposition and within 2 hrs had my quotation!!!! Craziest thing is my entire house was laminated 12 years ago and they have maintained this property ever since having redone work twice but they still cannot give me any level of service..the job is a huge one of around 170sqm full laminate, skirting, complete house, cash, waiting for 4 weeks to do an EFT and IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS...Will never use them again and advise you to do same....Not serious about business at all..When i ask to talk to manager on multiple occasions no one is available or in meeting and will call back and no one ever did...........

Waltons Carpet has been around for a long time I Pmb. If you need carpets, supplied and fitted, a quote at least is a must from these guys. They really are professional and only stock quality stuff. Now also Laminate. Their shop also offers nice mats and off cuts, some over runs at good prices. Friendly helpful guys and best of all on a nice industrial area.
