Had my POLO in for an alternator repalcement, the car stopped driving on the way to the workshop, Dean helped me to tow the car.The experience i had was very good, the car was ready the same day, and i was provided with different options on fixing the car, and you can learn a lot about your car from the mechanic, the workshop is clean and organised, i think this also says a lot about a mechanic.I just want to share a bit experience on used parts, fit used parts is a gamble on both you and the mechanic, if the used parts break after a while, it will certianly cost you more money and time to get it fixed, and eventually, you will have to get a new one anyway, and it is hard for any mechanic to give you warranty on their service, and it will always end in a mouth fight, so, i would say get a new part fitted if possible, saves everyone's time and effort.

Will never take my car back to them. They quoted me R40 000 for a R2 000 fix. They insisted I replace parts that is still in 100% working conditions, becouse it might fail oneday".** On Resonce of Owner.The Parts that I requested you replace is loosly avalible. Replaced By a RMI workshop.You recomended I do the test my self at home
