Extremely helpful staff, sent a parcel to Kimberly, it arrived the day they said it would. It is not inexpensive, but works. I would be happy to use this service again.My daughter sent a parcel for me to them, it arrived on the day they said and I got notification as promised.Very happy with the service both ways.

I received excellent service from Freda and staff at postnet this morning. Freda helped me with getting boxes out my car and got it all done in a flash. She helped with getting everything sorted. Fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Always receive good service when I go to postnet toti. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at postnet toti for all the great work you do in helping and assisting customers. By looking at the reviews, it looks like I experienced the same service as some of the customers. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I did not feel welcome at all at Postnet Amanzimtoti. I would rather drive to another branch if I want to send my Postnet 2 Postnet courier parcels.

Really friendly and helpful staff

Very efficient ladies very polite and helpful. More than one teller available when entering the store. The office is very neat tidy and clean. No clutter or waste visable. The service is efficient and professional.

I just witnessed the owner (I assume, since she referred to it as “MY SHOP”) shout at a paying customer to get out of her shop because his parcel was misplaced and he was querying where it was. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!! I will not be supporting your store any longer. You should be ashamed for treating a customer that way no matter the circumstances. In future, please don’t tell your customers that they have the option of taking out insurance and that if they don’t, it’s not your problem- we trust our goods to be safely delivered by your services.
