Poor, very Poor. Phone them 3 weeks ago and still nobody phone back

I'm thankful to sekuriteit and their team , They were very quick to respond to my distressed call when there was a man trying to break my door, dispatch arrived in just 3 minutes , the call agent stayed with me on the phone , She was very supportive, She calmed me down until dispatch arrived . It was a very terrifying experience thankyou sekuriteit you are the best . Keep the good work up

Today 2 guys walked into our school yard while me and my 2 friends were waiting for our parents to come fetch us. They harrased us and wouldn't leave us alone. My mom arrived and threatened them with peper spray.On a camera on a street light Sekuriteit Sonder Grense saw the 2 guys standing on the side of the road (luckily). They arrived to see what was going on and my mom called the Security guy over and explained what happened to me and my friends. He turned around and drove back to the guys (they are pamphlet distributers) and waited for their pamphlet company to pick them up.Thank you Sekuriteit Sonder Grense for making us feel safe in such a scary situation!

Technical team not reliable even now I'm still waiting and i was told they'll give me a call

This is supposedly the best security company in Vereeniging, but I guess it depends on where you stay.Our house got broken into, people stole everything from our TV to our kettle, perfume, jewelry. SSG arrived too late and when I got there said they heard something but could not go in. Why not? The burglars already broke the gate and all the doors open for you!! You literally just have to walk in!Ever since then I've lost trust in them. When the alarm trips, their response time is bad. Me or my boyfriend go home if we get the notification of the alarm and we ALWAYS arrive before them. I basically pay them for the app of the alarm to get the notification when it's activated.
