Nice furniture and cost effective. I bought some furniture from Coricraft 7 years ago for my 1st house and they are still in perfect condition. After putting woodoc, the shelf looks almost new and I believe we can use it for at least another 10 or 20 years.Very friendly and helpful staff. They tried to help me on selecting the correct size of couches as well as exchange it when I needed for my new house. Due to the COVID-19, the lead time of couch is longer, however they let me keep the previous couch at home till the new one comes. It really helps! Thank you!

Incredibly impressed with this store's customer service. Went in today to look at furniture for our new home and was blown away by Johannah and Lazarus's customer service. They were both incredibly patient as we asked questions about sizes and colors and designs, and went out of their way to assist us in making sure that we made the right choices. They explained the process in detail so that our expectations are clear of what lead times we can expect, and even offered to source an out of stock item from another store. Thank you to the two of you for being patient with us. We've been buying our furniture with Coricraft for over 30 years and will continue to do so for as long as we need furniture. Thank you for going the extra mile. We appreciate being looked after like we actually matter as customers.

Coricraft is very willing to take your money but after sales service is terrible. I had to wait more than 3 months for my dining room chairs to delivered and one had subsequently broken due to poor workmanship ( the chair wasn’t even 2 months old). Furthermore, the store refused to address the issue even after taking the chair to them. They simply said someone will contact me and I should please take my chair back. It’s been more than a week and I’m still waiting for someone to phone me.I cannot understand why your after sales care is so appalling and I will never buy anything from Coricraft ever again!

I bought a couch from Couch Connexion in 2008 and it has given me a good 10 years. When you purchase from Couch connection you are buy Quality and life time guarantee. i however now want the couch uphostered and not sure whether Couch Connexion offers such a service or redesign the couch. Please advise.

I have been asking for for my refund for 3 full weeks now from Fourways crossing branch, to date I have been promised payment but nothing!!!! It's like dealing with underground gomagoma furnitures ,they have lost the touch for customer service. No one bothers to rectify messes that have made and 3 weeks on I get told same stories .It's the worst!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could.I see reviews are not responded to but I think it is absolutely necessary to write this to make others aware before purchasing from Coricraft.We purchased a couch beginning of March and we were told about 6 weeks to complete. Covid and lockdown happened and we completely understood that there would be delays.About a month ago, we were told our couch would be ready the following Tuesday (2 June). Fast forward to the Tuesday, no word and we called to find out to be told that the info we had received was incorrect.Since then I have had to call Coricraft about 20 times to get an update after constantly being told we would be called back and this never happening- Shoddy, poor and quite frankly unacceptable service.Our couch is now in Joburg, but warehouse never made contact to arrange delivery as they supposedly don't have an address- this is nonsense and we live in 2020 where people are quite capable of picking up a phone to query?To add insult to injury, we are now being told that the first available delivery slot is more than 2 weeks away (when we were initially told we would have our couch 2-3 days after it arrived in Joburg). We were also told at 10am this morning a manager would contact urgently- still not a word.With today's economy and climate- customer service is EVERYTHING and Coricraft has completely missed the bar in every possible way.
