Food poisoning from the rotten meat. I bought 2 streetwise 2 pap but the pap was not ripe. So I went back and Reginah made me taste the second pap which was also not cooked. So she gave us chips and loaf. I thought Reginah was the kindest manager I’ve ever encountered when she also gave us drinks and replaced my drumstick only to find that the drumstick was rotten. It’s been two weeks now and I’m still suffering from food poisoning. Worse I’m a breastfeeding mother, my son has been admitted in hospital and he also has diarrhoea. I’ll be suing this store. order number 185

It's a good store but it was closed midday, with no reason. Others write Stocktaking" and say what time they'll open. It was just closed!"

This is a nice mall but they could do better! On my previous visit I was looking for a bank and noticed that there were no advertising signs to show where I could locate them. This is where Menlyn Mall beats them. I had to walk the length of the mall before I got assistance. Next I visited the toilets. The signs indicating both males and females were clear and beautiful. I was disappointed when I got inside to find only four toilets. One had a broken door handle, two were occupied and the third was open but strange! It was a flushable pit toilet with stairs, two steps to the pit. It had a toilet paper box and a douche. I was curious to use it, especially because I was also pressed. After all, I had read that a squatting position was best for relieving oneself! I regretted it afterwards ad the toiletpaper dispenser was not working! Using the douche was out of the question considering that I was partly dressed and still I would need a means of wiping myself. I was saved by the fact that I always carry facial tissues! On exiting, I enquired from the worker about the situation and he told me the toilets were meant for Indians! About the state of disrepair, he said nobody was attending to the situation even as it hsd been reported. Management should be ashamed, I said. As I went to wash my hands I noticed that another two gadgets were not functional. I then compelled to take pictures.

Had a terrible service from this KFC.The lady serving order was passing out orders for her friends I guess, or people that had made prior arrangement with the lady doing the covid tests at the door.It was so appalling to see other people walk in and out quickly while my order wasn’t coming through until I made an issue of it.I’m beyond disappointed with this behaviour.

Worst KFC ever. Orders are wrong. Forgotten items. Orders get forgotten to be delivered. Customer care and support really bad. Management lacks people skills. More than once... really bad experience over all.

Clean, simple - although small in actual square meters this KFC has i swear some of the scrumptious chicken. Falling off easily and very fresh. Love the new additions to the menu as well
