Myself and my elderly mother of 78 years old were so ill treated by this group, to say the least of that group when we arrived after an emergency breakdown (where they were the nearest) to say the least. The treatment we had to suffer as a woman and an elderly is beyond belief.

I arrived at reception at 07h20, they checked my paperwork. Sent me to escort the mechanic for a visual pre-inspection. Mechanic went through quotation and asked about what was required. They took me to a nearby relative and the driver took my contact details so he could call me when he is on his way to pick me up. This all happened within 25min. The vehicle was finished a bit late, at after 18h00. The vehicle was washed. When I drove out, I immediately felt more power, quieter engine and on a 300km trip I realised the fuel consumption was extremely good.

Took the car for a diagnostic service on Saturday the 25th March 2023 and the report came back with work to be done. The report had no price for work to be done, I then asked for a quotation and I was promised that I'll get the quote on Monday. Fast forward Wednesday I call the branch again for the outstanding quote and they promised me twice that they will get back to me and I still don't have the quote.

My pickup's cylinder head gasket blew.The service I received from JP and team is highly recommendable. They explained to me every thing regarding what happened and how it's going to be fixed.The workshop and office is always very clean and neat and the personnel very friendly.I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle to them.Ronel

Great service and fair pricing. I had a problem, took it in for a general service and to find the issue. They sorted the problem out and serviced my vehicle. They first called to inform me on what is the issue and how much it would cost to repair. After I gave permission to go ahead, they sorted everything out and all is working well.

Truly reliable and trustworthy!!!.... I service my car every year here, and unfortunately today I ran into trouble with my car, I called them in a panic and they were able to assist me on the day (one of the busiest days of the month). They diagnosed my car and were able to replace the components that were damaged...Thank you Car Service City Wonderboom!!!!

I am terribly disappointed in this branch. I took my car in for a water leakage and an overheating engine. Got it back being assured it has been sorted. Guess what a week later I am standing on the side of the road with the same water leak and a overheating engin. This branch has Terible service and workmanship.

I had a horrible service here, my car is a total scrap after I took it here and paid alot of money, it was bumped in the back and front and no one wants to take responsibility. They just used some paint polish to wipe it after I complained but still. My car it's worse than when I first took it there, if I could rate them a zero I would honestly
