When I arrived at Bodyroll, I had no idea what to expect!Its a roll massage performed on wooden bannisters - like a floating drum.You can do bodyroll with your gym clothes on - so no worries on having to strip down, or any worries about hygiene issues.And I have to tell you, that this is an absolute gem of a find!Its fabulous for lymphatic drainage, and it is also ideal for recovery after a hectic workout session too - this thanks to the fact that your whole body is rolled.Additionally, the staff at Bodyroll Cape Town, are so friendly, patient, and helpful.It is truly just a very good pick for those wanting to de-stress, and relax - whether you've had a hectic day, have tight muscles, or just want a bit of a roll-through.I would definitely recommend popping in to Bodyroll Cape Town.

Their best kept secret is the infrared sauna. For people who suffer from depression or fibromyalgia, this re-energizes me beautifully. 30 minutes all to myself and I leave feeling so much better. Thanks ☺️.

Body roll has changed my life! I’ve just done the detox sessions where I did one treatment after the other for 7 days as well as the infrared sauna how many times did I do the infrared sauna 3×2 times 3 times and the results I’ve had are absolutely amazing! I feel rejuvenated can see my body’s circulation improving rapidly.. almost like Benjamin button, reversing in aging.. also the staff are super helpful and friendly.

It was tough, but well worth it.Staff was super supportive, welcoming, and kept reminding me to stay hydrated.Loved every minute.
