What a ripoff. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years, spending thousands of rands there. After returning a brand new lens that I never used after 10 days they charged me a 15 percent handeling fee even though I bought another lens that was more expensive than the one I’m returning. The manager couldn’t be bothered, he didn’t even speak to me himself. They’ve lost my business for sure.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I was looking to purchase my first DLSR and the service I got was really really great! The person helping me was so patient, and so kind and answered every question as well as showed me a bunch of options before we settled on my Nikon D3400! I am so happy with my purchase! What an awesome shop...second purchase from Team Kameraz. Bought our Nikon Z5 a few months ago and bought a SB700 speedlight last week. Very knowledgeable team who provide great advice and have sound product knowledge. They also allow you to sell your old equipment for instore credit to support your purchases. Wow, just read the last review from this Gustav guy. I have been a Kameraz client for more than 10 years and they have always been extremely fair. If I used the equipment I get charged accordingly, it's not that difficult to digest. Maybe you should have rented the lens for 10 days elsewhere (Oh wait, you would have paid almost full retail). One disgruntled review won't affect how Kameraz operates, they simply know how awesome they are. Some people should consider two sides before they selfishly throw out bad reviews like this. I have never received better service from any other photo retail/online store. Kameraz is simply the best in SA by miles and miles
